We checked in at the hotel and had a beatiful luxury room right next to the pool allocated to us. The second day housekeeping unfortunately throws out my wifes kerastase hair cream even tho it wasn't empty, we figured this would be a simple reclamation easily dealt with at the reception,unfortunately it was derece. On our third day we experience a water leak from the sealing in our room. And we are derece talking a small dripping, but a major malfunction. Right underneath the aircon are my luggage, so everything is drenched in aircon water and the entire floor is flooded. We are then getting changed to a room in the opposite side of the resort, furthest away from the pool area and main area of the hotel bey you birey be and need to ride with a buggy to get back and forth.

Stayed for 10 nights on April in a deluxe sea view room, and we loved it. rooms are very large well equipped and views are incredible across Gumbet bay. Very clean, Great beds and bathroom, Found the staff to be very helpful, We enjoyed the pool area which is lovely and never busy, so had it to ourselves the few days we relaxed there.
